Parent Teacher Ministry (PTM) is a group of active MPHM school parents that meet monthly to plan:
- Family-friendly events that encourage fellowship, friendship and community
- Outdoor family movie
- Playground meet-ups
- Fall and spring treats
- Skate parties
- Catholic Schools Week social and meal
- Trunk or Treat
- Treats after Christmas programs
- Appreciation events for MPHM teachers, staff and students
- Teacher Appreciation Week in May
- Meals for parent teacher conferences
- Christmas gifts
- Christmas ornaments for students
- Catholic Schools Week luncheon
- Teacher reimbursement for supplies
- Fundraisers that raise money to underwrite the costs of school events
- Monthly Friday donut sales
- Monthly Tasty Tuesday fundraisers at restaurants
- Monthly Papa John fundraiser
- MPHM school spirit wear
- Catholic Schools Week basket raffle
- Sedan Floral flower sales
If you want to be more involved and meet more families, PTM is the group for you! Outside of hourly monthly meetings, the time commitment can be as little or much as you’d like. All events are optional and you can choose what’s the best fit for your family. Any and all help is appreciated, and it’s an easy way to contribute toward your family volunteer hours.
PTM meets monthly the first or second Wednesday of the month at 5:30pm in Room 100 at MPHM School. Parents are welcome to join any meeting and ideas are always welcome. Contact a PTM officer to join the email list and stay in the loop with upcoming events and how you can give your time and talents to make MPHM the best it can be!
