Assistant Principal
Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic School is seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Assistant Principal to support the academic, spiritual, and operational leadership of our K–8 school community. The Assistant Principal will work closely with the Principal to foster a positive school culture focused on student learning, faith formation, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to effectively support teachers, students, and families.
Qualifications:
- Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education
- Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or a related field (or actively working toward a school leadership degree)
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, and families
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to effectively utilize technology for communication, organization, and data analysis
- Experience coaching teachers and using data to inform instructional best practices is a plus.
Elementary Teacher
MPHM Catholic School seeks a caring elementary teacher to foster faith, learning, and growth in a supportive classroom environment. Candidates should value collaboration, strong instruction, and positive relationships with students and families. A Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education is required. Commitment to Catholic education and effective instructional practices is essential.
